Clean rooms- patiently waiting for the pool to get finished.Staff are friendly and polite.

I don't know if they knew already the elevator that does not work all the time. We used the stairs instead. Also, the WIFI connection. It is worst. Unable to connect. The staff are great and the breakfast.

The whole building smells like cigarettes, some people were very clearly smoking weed in their rooms. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were half the size of a standard pillow. The shower head needed a very deep clean and the bathroom needed some work. There was carpet missing in the doorway, stains and chips all over the countertop and the toilet had to be flushed multiple times to flush away toilet paper. Overall did not feel safe or comfortable during our stay.
