There were no photos so I reached out to the owners and was ensured that there were only a few small steps. I'm sorry, but that was misleading. There are 4 steep steps into the house on the front and back. I would not have booked here if I had been able to see pictures before hand. I've attached some in case somebody in the future...

"We couldnt get in or get ahold of owner at check in time, so we couldnt cancel before check in time. Home is in a bad neighborhood. Kitchen cabinets full of junk and pans etc were nasty. Fridge was dirty and mildew in freezer. Bedroom1 pillows were brown and old. Bedroom 2 there was saw dust all over the bed and there was either mold, or bug feces onbox springs. Bedroom 3 had no sheets on the bedand stains all over pillows. There was no heat coming into any of the bedrooms. There was snow and...

It was fixed once on the first day which resulted in muddy/ dirty water but that was short lived as the water promptly went out within the next day and a half. They could not get anyone out to come repair the water again. Not to mention the dryer did not work. We were told that someone would be out to replace/ repair but that never happened.
