The pool is under renovation until September. This is a major feature especially when travelling with kids in summer. There was no discount provided ; we had to take them to water park to cool off

From the moment we arrived, we knew this place was special. It was already dark outside, but the property felt so warm and inviting. Families were gathered everywhere—people were watching a movie from the pool, others were sitting around fire pits making s’mores, and when I went inside to check in, there was a family playing a board game in the lobby. It honestly felt like stepping back to a simpler time when families spent quality time together instead of staring at screens. The family bunk room was perfect for our family of five. It was comfortable, well-designed, and gave everyone plenty of space. We also loved the complimentary continental breakfast, free parking, and all the family-friendly activities. It’s easy to see why they’re known for their family experience. The staff was incredibly courteous and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. This place is truly something special, and we will definitely be back!

Poor maintenance. Only one man on duty at night. Room cleaning 2nd day wasn't until 4:30.

Small clumpy pillows that were due to be replaced and the room was damp with a mildew smell. There was an ozone machine in the middle of the room when I went in which was producing an obnoxious amount of strong ozone. The window was screwed shut so I couldn’t even open it. Water damage was visible in the bathroom on the trim and door that wasn’t ever felt with appropriately. Otherwise property was quiet and had breakfast included so that was nice.
