"The moment I walked into the room, I knew there was going to be trouble. The rank stench of mildew around the entrance hit me in the face like a physical force. I directed my eye to the heavens, but alas there was no aid coming from that direction- merely the evidence of the cause of the stench. The ceiling was visibly bowed, and you could see where they had cut into the ceiling to attempt to deal with the water damage. However, they did not actually fully mitigate it and likely were breeding...
