“After some some initial problems with the check in process, which is through a third party which seems to be increasing, everything went well. Booked through Expedia which is then redirected to VRBO and then House and People, booking through these additional platforms seems to make life easy for the platforms and difficult for the traveller! This doesn’t reflect on the host or the property but rather the platforms themselves and the gathering of unnecessary guest data. However once the details……

“Perfect except for neighbors were very noisy and smoked a lot which seeped into the room and could hear all the noise. Wouldn’t have bothered me too much if it hadn’t lasted until 3 or 4 in the morning, so no sleep was possible. Happily they checked out a day before we did so we had one night of peace. Otherwise the place is wonderful and would probably stay there again. ”

“Todo está muy bien. La situación inmejorable. El apartamento muy nuevo pero en las fotografías se ven unas butacas y una mesa en la terraza que en la realidad no están, ¡no hay nada! O se quita la foto o se ponen las butacas que sería muy agradable poder sentarse allí. También sería importante que en el apartamento hubiera servilletas de papel (tuvimos que usar rollo WC), un poco de aceite,vinagre, sal, azúcar, (cuesta muy poco dinero) y alguna cápsula de café (como en las fotos) al menos para……

“Great location but very difficult or expensive to park if you have a car. Easy to walk to all the major sights and central plaza. Air conditioning worked randomly. Sometimes just switched to heat for no reason. Fire alarm went off at 7:00 in the morning. Communication with ‘Marie’ proved to be an AI robot. It took 45 minutes for someone to turn off the alarm while all the building occupants waited outside. No response from multiple calls to the fire department.”

“Great location, clean apartment with everything you need to cook. Great with A/C on hot days/nights. The single beds were very comfortable, with extra linens and pillows where needed. Great view that was private/quiet instead of looking out into the street. Easy communication with staff on WhatsApp. Happy we could store luggage for free at the office as we waited for our departure train. Doesn't have a freezer in the fridge but not a huge deal. A bit humid and hard to dry towels inside or……
