The manager at the property was very nice, helpful and great customer service also noticed this woman does it all, front desk housekeeping etc would gladly recommend this motel thank you

My lady and I stayed at the Saginaw, MI location on the weekend of September 18-20, 2026. I am not one that likes to complain about things, however, I was very dissatisfied with the Wyndham by Ramada. There were no windows in the room, aside from a stained glass window that faced the hallway. We were assigned a room across the hall from an alternate entrance. The door was broken whereby anyone , including non guests, had full access to the building. That compromises the safety of paying guests. My lady and I could not sleep soundly, due to nonstop slamming of the broken door all night. We asked to be moved, but were told that no other rooms were available. Another issue was that the toilet did not work properly, when we called the front desk, an associate came to the room with a plunger, but told us that it could be the result of the ongoing street construction. I have been searching for the number to their corporate office to notify them, I get rerouted to reservations. I don't know what else to do, but please take this review into consideration before deciding to stay at this location.
