If you forget the soap in the shower, you have to go back and get it. There was also plaster on the shower ceiling with watermarks coming through. After the first night, the next day, the staff did not replace the shampoo or the washcloth. Nor did they change out the toilet paper roll, but left a new one sitting on the back of the toilet.
