“House was grubby, no teatowels, pubic hair in toilet, noisy as its attatched to servo, compressor coming on all day, tv difficult to operate, no views just high fencing all around, security door hard to open, would not recommend.”

“We have stayed at Alpine River Cottages many times over the years, and for a good reason. The location is central to both Bright and Myrtleford, without the business of either town. The cottages overlook the tranquil Ovens River, where in Summer you can swim and enjoy the natural surrounds. This time, we received a surprise, an upgrade to the new cottage—a self-contained tiny house with a view of the Mountain and the beautiful river. Warm and cosy, we had peace and quiet. “There was no staff at all for the whole 3 days of our visit which is very poor. We had to go across the road to some other holiday u its and he had to come and let us in with a door code to our room (hoping he had given us the correct room and not someone elses). The unit itself was quite good though”
