Rustic Monti - Rasa - Centovalli

A typical rustic Ticino cottage located 1,000 meters above sea level, offering a beautiful view of the Centovalli mountains. Enjoy unspoiled nature, hiking, relaxation, and wellness—though electricity and hot water are limited.
You’ll find two cottages with beds for 10 people, a bathroom, a sauna, a former cheese kettle (hotpot) used for the bathroom and heating, a rustic kitchen with a gas and wood stove, a refrigerator, and a fireplace.

The space
The unspoiled nature in the heart of the Centovalli, at the Corte di Sotto farm, offers magical moments for those who appreciate the simplicity of this type of accommodation.
In the surrounding area, you’ll find wonderful hiking trails, and Rasa is only 1 km away.
Arrival via Rasa; luggage transport can be arranged through Sassalto.

Guest access
A large, wood-fired sauna and bathtub.
A large table and two pergolas, plus a grill area.
Everything is very simple but idyllic.

Other things to note
The buildings can only be heated with wood; hot water and 24V power come from solar energy and are not always reliable. The place is romantic and very simple, and while it lacks modern comforts, it’s ideal for those who want to experience something truly unique.

Guests are asked to take the Rasa 900 m asl public aerial cableway and walk up to the 1,000 m asl property (a 20-minute walk)
Luggage can be transported via our private zip line and unloaded in the sassal area (access by car)

Guests are requested to leave the accommodation clean (wipe down surfaces, sweep and mop, collect trash, and dispose of it in separate bags); otherwise, they will be charged 250.00 CHF for the final cleaning.

The tourist tax of 2.00 CHF per person per day is billed separately.
