“Really enjoyed the stay. We had some rest there”

“this is one of the worst hotels i have ever booked. price/value is not there. the receptionist was rude and when I want to borrow the kettle (they don't keep one in the room), waited for an hour, then he said he is busy. the housekeeping did not do a good job cleaning the room, this hotel only have breakfast served. overall, a big disappointment, never again, I will stay at Fourside”

“New renovation, good location near shops and trains”

“What a view!! This room has no air conditioning but would definitely go back. I don't like cold air blasting, so it was not inconvenient for me. The view from my room was so comforting and nice to sit in the balcony enjoying it all even for a short stay. I took a short walk after dinner and very relaxing and quiet town. The service checking in and service at the restaurant for dinner and morning buffet was excellent. Greaj job!! First time in Germany and the warm feeling and welcome was……

“This was one of the nicest places we stayed in our whole trip (5 weeks). We had a two bedroom bungalow which was very modern and comfortable. Major pluses: The kids had their own bedroom with proper beds (separate single beds and not sofa / pullout style); **TWO** toilets! Clothing storage in both bedrooms including hanging space; Free self-serve coffee in the reception area; Plush carpet and very large couch; Very convenient to Europa Park.”

“Near to the center and Xmas markets. Hotel is good and clean. From the train station to the hotel need 15 to 20 minutes walk, it was rainy on the days so is difficult. Staffs are friendly, luggage storing is provided. Staff not familiar with the Flexbus from Freiburg to Colmar, better can have the transportation information for assisting Customers.”

“I was at Freiburg for two nights visiting my friends. The hotel is easy to find and have great personnel. The receptionists are specially friendly and ready to assist. While traveling at the city, I have encountered business matter that needs a scanner and a printer. Thanks to the hotel's business corner. It allowed me to accomplish my mission (without charging me.) I really appreciated their help. The room itself is also big and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. :)”

“The hotel is renovated, large and very clean and neat. The staffs are friendly and energetic. There is an elevator in the hotel, and it is very helpful for me. It offers many kinds of food for breakfast and it is delicious. The location is near to most of sites and Christmas markets, only 10-15 minutes walk from the DB train station. I would like to make a suggestion that is to change the kettle, because it usually smells strange when the water is boiled, maybe it can't endure the heat anymore.……

“Fint sted 1,6 km fra Europaparken. Der er en snack bar på stedet, men ikke en reel restaurant. Nem parkering i kælderen (tilkøb). Og god morgenmad. ”
