“Upon arrival staff, we’re not very helpful. We had to bring our luggage in ourselves. No one opened her doors. We stayed at multiple hotels in Vietnam, and staff are very helpful and accommodating. However, this hotel left that the hotel is clean and spacious buffet is not the greatest, but there are a few options.”

You’re only allowed one towel a day which doesn’t make sense to me because of the weather in Vietnam. It is very hot.
