" Location central but more to tourist attractions, Coffee shops nearby, convenience stores not so close. Limited restaurants nearby for walking distance. Beautiful view of Han River. If you drive to places then it is central for everything. Breakfast was outstanding and pool area was great."

"It is a pretty huge place but the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The doormen are particularly cheerful and the lifeguards very chatty and warm. My room was pretty big, with a great shower and free standing bath and a nice view of both the sea and Marble Mountain. The grounds are gorgeous, with beautifully kept plants, and little bridges over water filled with the eponymous koi carp. Sadly for me, it was not possible to swim in the sea the entire time I was there. The hotel is right on the gorgeous beach but the sea was too rough to swim. Thankfully there is a large infinity pool overlooking the beach, where at 6am I was able to swim my lengths, usually the only person in the pool. What is also great is that there is a slightly smaller indoor pool that was always quiet, with a couple of jacuzzis in it. My flight was late evening so I wanted a late checkout, which was given to me at an incredibly generous rate, since had been there for 2 weeks. The only tiny negative is that my stay was advertised as having 'Inclusive Spa access', which I found misleading as I was only actually entitled to a one 15 minute massage for the duration of a 2 week stay, or a 10 minute steam or sauna. "

"A beautiful room with fabulous aesthetic features and a wonderful city view. The room was cleaned daily with fresh laundry. The staff at reception and in the lobby area were attentive, brilliant, helpful and supportive throughout my stay. I also loved the 'sky bar' and excellent cocktails."

"My stay here was very nice. The facilities maintain well there were several pools so something for everyone. The restaurants were nice. I only had breakfast at the red bean and the variety was also good for East and West. The hotel was a good size as well as the bathroom, you get the bare necessities in terms of toiletries, it is an Eco hotel. I would’ve liked softer towels and bath and the room as that’s the goal and smell in tropical resorts. The air conditioning later in the day works better, but not as strong during the day, but it was ok since I was out most of the time. The saw was awesome. I was able to sign up for their services each day of my stay and they were extremely accommodating through WhatsApp with getting me a reservation. I really enjoyed my services. I tried their 4hr package and individual massages as well. It was heaven on earth. The staff at the hotel in the restaurants at the bar were amazing! They were extremely attentive and caring, and even though it is a no non-tip culture they do have a box in the front when you check out that is shared by all the staff. The location it’s very ideal not terribly far from old town Hoi An. Their Grab (uber) is easy to use and I had no issues getting picked up and dropped off from this location."

"This is NOT beach hotel! Beach is 200 meters away. The have only 8 umbrellas and 30 beds on the common beach!"

"The room was lovely, the staff were so friendly, laundry service was fast and breakfast was good. The only issue we had was the location. The hotel did run a shuttle bus into Hoi an old town, but this was only 3 times a day. There were also building works across the road from the hotel which were very noisy in the early hours. "
