The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the front desk team via WhatsApp, and the hotel feels new with great amenities. The main drawback was the top-floor suite with the palapa-style roof. Because the room wasn’t fully sealed from the outside, the AC didn’t stay in well, making the room very hot during the day and not as cool as we would have liked at night.
