Ivan did a wonderful job helping my elderly parents with reservations for dinners. The golf carts arrived promptly and took them door to door. Etiel, at the front desk was very helpful and acted like he really enjoyed helping me with a smell in our room and with changing money. He spoke English very well and I searched him out for help. Paz served us at the beach and she was very thoughtful. Now for what could be better; you have to ask for guacamole. They couldn’t make a Paloma if their life depended on it. The lobby gets crowded and busy and MUST be avoided on karaoke night. It’s amazing how poorly Canadians can sing after drinking. I am Canadian. But they make great micheladas. The rosato wine is great. Beaches are the place to be.
