The room was not as clean as expected, and the overall maintenance of the hotel seemed below standard. The staff was very responsive when issues were raised. The breakfast options were limited. The location may work for some travellers, but overall the service and quality did not meet expectations. I hope improvements are made in the future. "

She waited for us and made sure we were secure at all times. Rosewood, please treasure her! 3. 24/7 Restaurant: The fact that the restaurant is open 24/7 was a huge plus. Late night or early morning, quality food was always available. 4. Rooms & Bathrooms: Spacious, luxurious, and impeccably designed. The bathrooms are some of the most generous I've seen in any hotel worldwide. I super recommend Rosewood São Paulo to anyone visiting. It's not just a hotel, it's an experience. "The hotel was Good and the rooms were nice. The breakfast was fresh and had a big variety. My only two issues with the hotel were the following: 1. It’s advertised that the staff speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese However during our entire stay we didn’t encounter any staff who spoke any language other than Portuguese. Which is fine but don’t advertise you have trilingual employees if you don’t. 2. We arrived at the hotel at 10pm at night and the room they gave us was dirty. And I don’t mean it wasn’t cleaned properly, I mean that the cleaning staff never cleaned up after the previous tenants left the room. So at 10pm after 12h of traveling we have to go back and forth with the front desk (who only spoke Portuguese) to try to explain that the room was dirty. No big deal but it feels like it when you’re tired and annoyed 😂"
