I paid for the Grand Master Suite – and while I got a room that had everything listed, it was definitely not the room that displayed in the pictures.
Pictures showed a suite that is spacious and large, and had a bathtub – I got a relatively suite that was a series of small rooms. It felt like I didn't actually get what I paid for.
Both nights there was live /loud music in the restaurant area and I could hear it from the room.
Bathroom smelt like sewage.
Carbon monoxide alarm was beeping first night and I couldn't sleep – had to get it removed.
Hotel said the store was closed and couldn't get me toothpaste at night.
