"We booked thinking this was 2 star but it’s definitely a 3 star hotel so we were pleasantly surprised. The ‘spa’ bit is €40/hr private hire and downstairs, no windows so we gave that a skip. The room with balcony and sea view was lovely with a fridge but no kettle. We didn’t partake in €12 pp breakfast. There is a bar/restaurant on 5th floor with sea views and an amazing astroturf roof terrace on 6th floor with lots of seating -again a really lovely surprise. All in all I couldn’t work out why the Trip advisor reviews were so bad, we had a lovely time!"

"Daniela and Gianfranco are the nicest people we have ever met in Italy. Their house is a real paradise away from the hustle and bustle of the city, with a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment is very well equipped, ideal even for longer stays. The location is perfect if you want to explore the west coast of the island. There are several supermarkets within 10 minutes, and the center of Alghero is a 15-minute drive away. Within an hour, you can reach the town of Bosa, the Neptune Cave, and La Pelos beach, but there are also many beautiful beaches within 15-20 minutes. We really hope to come back here again."
