Our room was ridiculously hot when we got there, every radiator was on, so had to sit with the door open to get rid of the heat. There was no safe in the room which is my only real negative thing. “There was a bit of miscommunication with our booking at the beginning. When we arrived at the assigned location, we were unable to access the apartment. After contacting customer service, we were informed that a different location had been assigned to us and that the first address had been sent by mistake. “Very nice and cozy apartment, clean and very big for a downtown location. The owner is answering fast to all questions. The only issue is the parking, you have to wait to get a paid parking spot in the front of the building. If not, you can park there after 10-11 pm when few of cars will leave. ”

“Nice place, cozy, big room and bathroom, free parking on site, but.. the receptionist had some issues! First, she was very upset about the internet speed that she had to work with (not my problem!), then she asked me how I would like to pay (everything was already paid for since the reservation was made!) and top of all was in the morning when she told me she had to wait for 20 minutes because I was late for breakfast (what else beside smoking and drinking coffee did she have to do, anyway?)”
