I have stayed several times at this hotel. The employees are very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast has a good selection. Very closed to Metro station and 2 bus lines.

I absolutely loved this property. It was centrally located easy to get to everywhere in Madrid from this hotel. The hotel is beautiful. The stuff is amazing and the food. Oh my goodness that breakfast buffet was literally the best one I’ve had in a long time. The staff brought my luggage up to my room for me. The room was clean open gorgeous just as described. The robes were beautiful swimming pool was nice. Everything is just perfect. I will stay here again Definitely when I come back to Madrid.

Wonderful rooms and extremely helpful staff.

This is a big hotel which comes with its own issues. The staff and location were great but the hotel itself was very average. We had booked 2 rooms and each one had the same type of hairdryer which turned off automatically after 30 seconds of use and you had to wait 2-3 minutes for it to cool off so you could use it for another 30 seconds. VERY inconvenient. When I asked for a better hairdryer, it took them a while to deliver it and then they came and took it back in the evening because they needed it for other guests!!! The iron was another issue. It was a very old one with no container to fill with water to create steam. Basically a hot brick. Very disappointing. The breakfast had a verity of selections but the restaurant was average.
