“This is a truly unique property in a beautiful, peaceful setting. We stayed in a junior suite and enjoyed the tranquility. We did have a/c in our room, along with a mini fridge and kettle. The service, food and beer were amazing. My only complaint was that the pool was not yet open for use during our stay. However, instead of spending time at the pool as planned, we drove a short distance to the charming town of Assisi. Overall, we enjoyed our weekend getaway at San Biagio and look forward to……

“Lovely stay in this gorgeous hotel. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful - really lovely young people who were happy to practise their English with us! Loved our suite - ‘New York’, it was so luxurious having all the space and immaculately clean. We enjoyed sitting out in the courtyard in the eve with a cocktail or two, the whole hotel had a serene atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone visiting Fabriano.”

“Location molto bella, palazzo antico ma ben ristrutturato, nel pieno centro del paese, vicino a due ristoranti più che raccomandabili.La suite è arredata con cura e eleganza, forse solo un po' buia.. Simpaticissima e disponibile la giovane signora che gestisce la struttura. Decisamente il bed and breakfast più bello tra quelli visitati nel nostro giro nele Marche”

“We stayed ‘out of season’. Possibly one of only 3 or 4 rooms occupied at the time. The staff were friendly and the food was excellent. I can imagine an amazing place to be in busier times and in better weather. The drive to the property was a little difficult with very poor road access. ”

“If you request the Falconieri room for 2 beds, check beforehand to be sure there are sheets and a blanket for the couch bed. All i had was a pillow. I didn't realize that til we got back from the opera after midnight & it was too late to bother the staff. ”
