“The place is beautiful, very central location. The outside sitting area was quaint. Most beaches are within a 15 min drive. There is a bakery that is within walking distance. Restaurants close by. The only issue I had was checking in. I couldn’t receive messages from the host so I had to call Vrbo to get both check in and check out instructions…but I think it may have been a Vrbo issue. Anyhow it was resolved fairly quickly”

“The view and the peaceful place are 100x”

“So the room is nice has a big TV and a big bed but everything was so dirty, the owner didn't even know about our stay because I had to call him when we arrived and tell him that I booked on Expedia after that he let us know how to get in. I immediately noticed the floor was so dirty that our feet got black and I had to swipe the floor I asked the owner if he knew about our arrival because everything was so dirty he texted me that everything was clean and disinfected which I replied no sir and……

“If you’re looking to spend time outside, this is an excellent choice! If you hate iguanas, don’t pick this one.We thoroughly enjoyed the yard, the multiple porches/patios, the kayaks, the hot tub and the plants! Breakfast on the river patio, lunch on the hot tub deck, dinner on the front porch, games on the back porch… iguanas and frogs (toads?) provided entertainment, in addition to birds and butterflies and the little gecko/anolls also running around. Surprisingly few bugs! About the inside-……
