"I recently stayed at the AC Hotel Marriott in Lima Miraflores and had an incredible experience. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located—just steps away from Larcomar. I felt very safe during my entire stay, and every staff member I encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The buffet breakfast was exceptional, with top-quality dishes and a wide variety to choose from. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding, always delivered with a sincere smile. I’m very particular about customer service, and I couldn’t have been happier with my decision to stay here. A special thank you to Milton for his kindness, attentiveness, and amazing customer service. I’d also like to recognize Andrea, Marco, and Kiera, along with many others, who helped make our stay unforgettable. "I want to start with the positive. The bedroom had 2 queen size beds and was beautiful, however the floor was dirty full of dust. The hotel manager was awful and told us that they could not locate our reservation, then wanted to charge us more for the room,they never had breakfast for the entire time of our stay, on day 1 we did not have hot water but on day 2 we did, on day 3 we did not have hot water, the hotel was filthy full of trash and they even had a dirty mattress by the pool. Its not allowing me to add a picture because I have proof of everything. They did not want to provide us for an iron either. I was not sble to sleep well because of the noises at nigh. We could hear like it was next to us these long loud dog fights. Also be prepared that if you choose the option to pay there that the credit card machine would not process. She kept saying it couldn't read it!! I called my credit card and nothing was put through. I ended up having to pay cash, so I had no spending money for the rest of the trip since Pachacamac is a very small town. I hope this review makes you think twice about staying there!! You are warned ⚠️ "
