It also was not the cleanest and the staff were not the kindest at this hotel. Additionally, when we went to our room there was a staff person with another woman in our room and acted strange that we came in. "SCAMMER ALERT I arrived at this property after traveling for 5 hours to Luxembourg to have no check in instructions or have any ability to contact the host. The number and contact they provided were disconnected and I asked residents at the apartment complex about the rental unit and they shared they did not know who the owner was and that others had issues before. EXPEDIA did right by me and put me into another hotel and helped with my expenses. USE EXPEDIA, but do NOT book this location. "

"The hotel is conveniently located 5 minutes walk from tram station and 15 min tram ride to historic old town where all the major attractions are located. Pretty new hotel so everything is new and clean. Great lobby with gourmet coffee machine. Overall love the stay and will recommend."

"The hotel was in a good location and the bus stop was right outside of the hotel. The room was clean, the staff were helpful and our room was upgraded due to an event that was taking place at the hotel. We had a nice view from the balcony and the bed was very comfortable. The lobby looked very nice. However, we were placed on a floor where there was tape and sheets on the floor and it wasn’t presentable for guests; it looked neglected and that they were in the middle of renovations.
