Stayed here for the third time and had a lovely stay. Nice size room which was clean and comfortable. Bathroom modern. Dinner in the restaurant was beautiful. Highly recommend.

Pleasant stay and good value for money

Overall it was a good stay. Hotel a good location, a little tired in parts but quite clean. Parking is right at the back of the hotel and you have to go through residential apartments to access it. This in mind it wasn’t entirely straightforward getting stuff in and out if the car to the hotel. The lady receptionist on our hotel was very friendly, helpful & professional, very welcoming.

Full of charm

Tucked away in the beautiful town of Chablis, this hotel has the aura of luxury and elegance without the price ticket. Very clean, spacious bar, lounge and restaurant. We enjoyed a private sauna and relaxation before an excellent evening meal. The toon was very charming and comfortable with an excellent shower. We decided upon breakfast too, which didn't disappoint having a good selection with some homemade pastries, fruit cocktail and a range of loose teas. A range of cold meats, desserts and cheeses too.

The restaurant has the best wine list in Chablis yet it was one of the worst dinners I've ever had at the hotel. The hotel says they are going "Bistro" but it was extraordinarily poor, uncreative, and borderline offensive. There are no dishes that work with the quality wines on their wine list.

Convenient and smart hotel with an excellent outdoor area and restaurant layout. An amazing wine list. Restraunt had pretentions of premium value - but the food we had was merely ok. We chose to have a Congnac after dinner in the garden at 10.30 - the staff closed the hotel and switched off all of the internal lights before completely disappearing. I actually thought that there was a power cut. Very odd behaviour and very bad practice.

It was a wonderful hotel and the staff was very friendly. We arrived late and no parking was available we had to park in a public lot about 2 blocks away. We had dinner our first night and were disappointed with the limited menu and they seems to be short staff. We think because no place in Chablis is open on Sunday night, everyone in town was eating at the hotel. We didn’t have the breakfast, but it looked fabulous. That said, we did have a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

Unmanned 24hour reception

Absolutely shocking booked last minute due to road conditions checked booking for 24hr reception ✅ put message on booking request late check in. Got to property and door is open place was in darkness reception unmanned called the main line no answer called the emergency number no answer waited 20 minutes walking round in the dark to see if someone responded to me. Left and booked alternative accommodation Thanks for wasting my time

Arrogant management only concerned of getting paid

The room was dirty and the ventilation did not work. We didn’t sleep cause of it. We tried to explain how we had been to the management, but she wouldn’t listen. Extremly arrogant and was only concerned of getting paid.
