"The services are really bad. We have to pay first in hotel.com and after we checkout they keep asking money from us and their attitude is really bad and rude and so impatient and the English communication is so poor. I will never recommend this place."

"The hostel is excellent. The staff is very helpful. The toilet is so immaculately clean. My suggestion is to put tour brochure at the common area. Over all this hostel is 5 star rating"
