After a long day of travel across the country, we had to wait in line for over an hour and were not provided with the room we booked two months in advance. The room was very noisy and outdated as well as the facilities, such as AC and elevator. We will never go back there again.

We ended up staying here unexpectedly for several nights after the A/C went out at our house during the Las Vegas heat, and overall it turned into a really good stay.
The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, which made the whole situation a lot easier to deal with. We stayed in a one-bedroom villa and were very happy with it. It was comfortable, had plenty of space, and felt more like a small apartment than a standard hotel room.
The amenities were also very nice and gave us a chance to actually enjoy ourselves despite the reason we were there in the first place. What started out as an inconvenient situation ended up being a much more enjoyable stay than we expected.
I would definitely consider staying here again, especially for a longer stay where having the extra space and amenities makes a difference.

"The hotel is incredibly close to the main attraction however it is very basic. it is clean and has decent food for purchase, shower pressure is 1/10 the sink has more flow. i used a cup to splash myself from the sink to the shower just to get the soap off my body. I did not dare to wash my hair. ..."
