"This place was really quiet and was fully furnished. The host was really helpful and kind and was very attentive. My family and I really felt at home. It really lived up to its name home away from home. I travel to Guam frequently for work so this will be the place I would love to stay all the time. Amazing place"

"Giving this a two star based on these details. - needs newer windows with screens. Only the master BR had a new window w/ screen. Other windows no screens so when we had to open windows for fresh air, we could not as it would invite in bugs and such. - Bedbug spray found in one of the cabinets, which was kinda alarming, but maybe they use it as a precaution? - Dining room chairs legs were loose. need to be tighted w/ allen wrench - Clean up outside back door and get rid of abandon cars. "Upon booking, I was informed that the unit was not available. However, the property was able to accommodate us with another place in Tamuning. Although check was a bit difficult, the manager assisted us quickly. The unit was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!"

"Don't waste your time or money staying here. It was not as described and the property was the worst place we have ever stayed. I got sick from being inside the unit and we checked out as soon as we could find another place on the morning of the 3rd day. We gave the host and on-site person notice on day two that we were checking out due to the condition of the property. I told her I got sick from staying there and her only reply was that the last guest never got sick. Too many maintenance issues...
