The outside appearance was not very welcoming. There was an A/C unit in the front window but bedrooms became warm with doors closed,there were no screens on some windows so I wasn't comfortable having it open. Vaccum didn't work. Our stay was excellent. It was very clean and well kept. We had to locate the water heater to turn that on during our stay. I also want to make it known to other future guests that this is not as friendly of a pet home as it would seem with the description. They request that pets stay off of all furniture. While I respect their decision for this, I will admit it would be better to know that rule before hand in the event you don't have the proper items to adhere to that rule.
