Contamos con 3 dormitorios, 1 baño, cocina completa, apantallados y porche cubierto, una terraza cubierta, y un montón de extras. La cabina se encuentra en una zona tranquila (2 millas de la autopista) sólo 7 millas de Stanley Lago y 8 millas del lago de los salmones. Nuestra propiedad acres 3 está bordeado por una propiedad de flujo y el servicio forestal. Residencia y tienda de los propietarios también están en la propiedad. El Hierro Creek Campground (que es el comienzo del sendero de los Alpes y los lagos del diente de sierra) es inferior a 5 minutos en coche de la cabina. The cabin had everything we needed for our small family and pup. We had a few days of rain from the hurricane but made the best of it and the cabin was a great home base. We had an excellent experience at the Bluebird Cabin. The property is quiet, very scenic with mountain views, and close to hiking and wildlife viewing opportunities. The hosts, Jim and Adrienne, really go out of their way to ensure a great experience for their guests. They are friendly and helpful, and answered endless questions about the best places to hike, and other things to do in the area. They even provided fresh baked cookies and a bottle of wine for us! We stay at the Bluebird cabin every summer and it never disappoints. The cabin itself is warm and cozy and pretty much everything you’d ever want from a rustic cabin experience. Wood burning stove, balcony overlook and a tin roof so the rain can sooth you to sleep at night. Jim is a font of Knowledge about Stanley and the surrounding Sawtooth mountains and lakes and trails. He’s happy to join you around the campfire and indulge you in whatever information you might be after. Highly recommended!!! He is extremely kind and helpful, having kept in touch with us for a week before our stay with regard to weather conditions. As it happened, there was a lot of snow, but the roads were passable. When it did get dodgy, the road was cleared by the afternoon. The cabin itself is very cosy. There is very efficient electric heating as well as a log burner. The kitchen has everything you need for self-catering without the need to go out to eat. Beds are large and comfortable with electric blankets. The Bluebird Cabin is in a location where you can Cross Country Ski in many directions. Go ski then sit by the fire. The location was perfect...a short drive from town. We were able to bring our two dogs and they loved all the space surrounding the cabin where they could run and play. There was also a great hike to a gorgeous meadow right out the front door. The kitchen was well equipped to cook dinners and we loved having fires in the wood burning stove each night. He was welcoming and kind and gave great recommendations on places to eat and hike. The cabin was incredibly cozy, and we loved hanging out by the fire with a good book. There is even a beautiful view of the sawtooths from his property! Would highly recommend if you are considering a visit to Stanley. ##### Malia S. Most of them are right out your front door or a short drive. Jim has lots of suggestions and goes out most days himself. The welcome cookies are yummy. The fire keeps you toasty. The host was extremely accommodating. We were welcomed with cookies and Jim even brought us a freshly baked loaf of sourdough bread. It was just the getaway we needed. It's been a fantastic visit every time. The property serves as a great hub for hiking and exploring the Stanley area. The cabin was clean and everything worked great.
