Set among the peaceful landscapes of Chambonas near Les Vans, this spacious four-room cottage with mezzanine offers the perfect countryside escape for large families or group holidays. Located in the heart of Ardèche, the residence combines quiet natural surroundings with practical family-friendly facilities, making it ideal for longer stays filled with outdoor activities, village visits, and relaxed days in nature.

Inside, the 50 m² cottage is designed to comfortably accommodate up to ten guests with a practical layout suited for shared family stays. The bedrooms include multiple bunk bed arrangements, with two sets of bunk beds in one room and two more sets in the second bedroom, making it ideal for children and larger groups. The mezzanine features a double bed, offering a more private sleeping space. The living room includes a cozy couch, a TV, and a dining table, where everyone can gather for meals and relaxed evenings indoors. The kitchen is fully-equipped, allowing simple self-catering throughout the stay. A bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet adds convenience, while heating ensures comfort in every season. Pet-friendly accommodation, laundry facilities complete the experience.

Outside, the private terrace with garden furniture and a parasol creates a pleasant outdoor space for breakfast in the fresh air or relaxed evenings surrounded by greenery. Guests also enjoy access to the heated outdoor swimming pool, sun loungers, table tennis, multi-sport field, pétanque court, and a community barbecue area.
