Besoin de rénovation dans cet appartement

Location bien situé au cœur de Chamonix. Juste pour 3 personnes dont 1 enfant.Des travaux à faire : Plan de travail très détérioré, moisissures dans la salle de bain dégageant des odeurs désagréables.Vaisselle un peu insuffisante. Un micro onde serait bien venu.

Was happy with it overall

It was good value for money in Chamonix. Quiet building with plenty of hot water, communal areas were clean and tidy. Easy to get to the centre of Chamonix on foot and some good restaurants close by. The cleaning done before my arrival was not very particular so this needs to improve (tomato sauce on dining table, hair in corner of bath) It would make a lot of sense to have a shower screen to stop the shower spraying on the floor. Bed linen provided had old blood spots on them, shaving?

Points positifs: Bien situé, près du téléphérique de l'Aiguille du Midi, quartier sympa et animé. Apparemment calme (sauf le bruit de la rivière) Clair et ensoleillé avec super vue sur le Mont Blanc. L'agence a été réactive lorsqu'il manquait des choses. Parking inclus, très pratique à Chamonix. Points négatifs: Appartement un peu vieillot Mezzanine trop près du plafond. Les poêles auraient besoin d'être changées. Appartement beaucoup trop petit pour 4 alors qu'il est loué comme tel.
