My room was cleaned every day and I was happy with the standard. I would say the location of hotel was also very good as I walked around Pakse and it appeared to be central for most things I needed.”

“The front desk at the hotel was rude and had a bad attitude and tried to make me work to contact Expedia customer service to get my funds out of Expedia, even though I paid in full via Hotels.com. The hotel itself was in a quiet location and the rooms were well kept and cleaned. If you expect good hotel service, I would recommend other hotels.”
