Excellent hotel, Junior Suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. Great location in Vitacura- very safe neighbourhood. A really really good breakfast (better than good - excellent), attentive staff and extensive selection of breakfast foods. The public spaces and bars are quirky (in a nice way) and they mix abosolutely awesome cocktails! The only downside is the Club Lounge - a little lacking in both amenities and service - if you're staying in a room with access to the club lounge do not have breakfast there, go to the restaurant on -1.

Wonderful boutique hotel in heritage residence from 1912. Garden, library and honor lounge are beautifully preserved. Convenient location and access. Very helpful and very pleasant staff. One complaint only- air conditioner was intermittently noisy.
