The Chateau Hotel/Resort was way better in every respect than we ever could have expected. From its splendid "palatial" construction to its more than comprehensive resort facilities (tennis & badminton courts, indoor/outdoor pools, gym, wellness centre etc etc to its wonderfully helpful and friendly staff as well as its quality Chinese (Shanghai style) restaurant. Everything was perfect. Wr were greeted by friendly smiling faces welcoming us to Shanghai in a beautiful lobby. Checkin was fast. The room was immaculate, spacious and every amenity needed was there and more.
