Chaouia-Ouardigha Vacations from $987

Check in was kind of wonky. They don't accept euro coins as payment for local taxes but take euro paper. Which is kind of confusing since it was only 4 euro to pay the local taxes I didn't have local currency in a low enough denomination to pay so I had to wait an extended period of time to have them get me change for 200 dirhams. The check-in person which I don't know his name because they did not have a name-tag or give a proper introduction was egotistical and condescending. Which is not good as the face of the hotel. The room was ok and the area the hotel was in was ok. Would not stay here again unless there wasn't another option as there are too many options of other places to stay.

The quality completely went down...

Spacious apartment, easy walk to beach, lots of swimming pools, playground for small, children, very quiet when we stayed end of march. Apartment is accessed via narrow road

good overall but that need to deal with a annoying canalization smell .

Most of the staff were, to say the least, unfriendly. First, the cleaning crew kept cleaning and not replacing towels. They actually took the toilet paper from the room. The shower had such poor water pressure that it would take 1/2 hour to actually clean yourself. All the restsurants had the same exact menu and the food was mediocre to be kind. There are much better places to stay in Casablanca!
