“Our family had a great experience staying at this place. We were close to the beach and had access to a pool. The kitchen was stocked very well. The screened in porch on first floor had everything you need for the beach and the pool (chairs/towels/toys/beach cart/floats). Size was perfect for 2 couples and a child. (room for more children as well)”

“We had a short stay after a sporting event in DC, it was a little less than an hour away. Convenient location and a very clean house. Kitchen was well stocked. There was little communication with the owner, which was nice vs a long list of rules, but we would have liked to know any of their local specific favorite spots or more detailed check in/check out. Worked out nicely for our family. ”

“Martin's Landing was amazing! Perfect place for multi-generational families. My senior parents were able to stay on the first floor and not have to worry about flights of stairs. We were able to be together in that beautiful kitchen as well as spread out to our own corners. We can't say enough good things about the house and views. “Our first impression was the ease of just punching in the code, the lock slid open, and we were in! The home is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and very well appointed. We absolutely loved waking up in the morning to the sunset over the river. 3 beach-themed bedrooms, large kitchen, family room, bathroom and dining room.
