"The stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing!!! My room and the hotel's condition was extremely clean. Staff and workers were exceptionally polite and helpful. Especially one of the staff members named Wendy, who also spoke great English. She helped me by suggesting great attractions in Zhangjiajie, arranging me with tickets to each attraction with the best class, and made sure the stay, not only in the hotel but also Zhangjiajie, was absolutely phenomenal. Planning on going back in the future. "

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is very nice, this is comfortable and providing great service. The Wi-Fi is good. You have a team of people looking after you and making sure that your state is wonderful and meeting your needs. It's intended as a resort-style experience where you stay in the hotel but do not go out. The only negative aspect about this hotel is the location. It is located in a rural area. It's approximately 10 kilometers away from the city. This was not well-communicated in the map on Hotel.com. We were having difficulty locating the hotel. In addition, the check-in process was confusing because there was no one to greet us, and the property is very spread out. There were no clear signage for drivers or hotel’s guests to locate main office and check in. Fortunately, I had a driver who was able to call the hotel and speak to them in Chinese, and they were able to direct me to the right locations. Otherwise, for an international traveler who does not speak Chinese, it may be difficult to locate the hotels and check-in. But once you are checked in, your stay is very comfortable. You can get didi car to get to town. It can cost about 40 RMB per one way. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. If you had the right expectations, I recommend staying at this hotel again. "

"The location offer a perfect calm and relaxing expérience. With an incredible mountain view. The staff is incredibly kind and helpfull with all activity. They offer ou a transport option. We tried 2 types of rooms both was incredible but the superior room for 4 pax has a stunning view. Even if it's foggy it's a perfect experience !"

"The guys on reception were so helpful and friendly and spoke very good English. Free drop off to park entrance, 5 mins away and would pick us up as arranged on WeChat. Lovely and peaceful place to stay, extremely comfortable rooms, bed etc and shower had great pressure…..a real favourite in a hotel for us."

"Absolutely loved my stay here. Ming and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Upon arriving Ming got a map out of the park and advised me on how to spend my two days there. The included breakfast was very robust. The views from the pool/room were awesome and it was dead silent. It's just a 10-15 min walk to the park entrance and it's super easy to get a DiDi called to the hotel to take you into town. The hotel also has a restaurant so it's very easy to do dinner there as well. Can't recommend this place enough :) "

"Great small boutique hotel. David and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are beautiful and with state of the art technology. They picked us up from the train station and they also take you to the (east) entrance to the national forest which is only 3 minutes away. They will also arrange all of the tickets. "
