"One of the things I like best, was there staff especially the clerk at the desk. I had booked my room for Saturday night February 20 so I thought. When I looked at the confirmation it was made for February 21. Expedia was unable to resolve the issue, but at 2 o’clock in the morning the gentleman at the desk Seen my Reservation Confirmation and made the change for me and I was able to spend the night in a room thanks to him.
