General notes: PETS: 1 pet per unit. $25/day fee or $150/week for long term stays SMOKING: smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit and on the property grounds. Smoking will result in a $500 fine EARLY CHECK-IN: If we are able to accommodate an early check-in, which is contingent on our availability, there is a $25/hr fee LATE CHECKOUT: If we are able to accommodate a late checkout, which is contingent on our availability, there is a $25/hr fee \- Private washer and dryer in unit \- Extra towels/sheets are located in the closet Surveillance cameras are placed outdoors for security. There are none inside the apartment units. Minut device in the unit for noise level. An air mattress is available upon request to accommodate your needs. The only negative in this category was the pizza boxes left in the oven from a previous renter. The reason I am giving a 2-star rating is that the thermostat did not work. We like cool sleeping conditions, and each night we set the thermostat to cool at 68 degrees, we would wake up, and the apartment was 55 degrees. During the day, we would set it to heat at 68 degrees, and each day we returned, the temperature was 85 degrees. We notified our host each time this happened, and they were responsive, but they never sent maintenance to the apartment. Instead, they chose to have us troubleshoot the problem. This was fine except we left the apartment every day at 9:00 am and returned at 9:00 pm. It was not our job to monitor the thermostat. We asked our host to comp our last night for all the trouble we had with the thermostat during our stay. They have declined to refund one night of stay (which we believe was more than fair).
