  • Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

    General notes:
    PETS: 1 pet per unit.
    $25/day fee or $150/week for long term stays

    SMOKING: smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit and on the property grounds. Smoking will result in a $500 fine

    EARLY CHECK-IN: If we are able to accommodate an early check-in, which is contingent on our availability, there is a $25/hr fee

    LATE CHECKOUT: If we are able to accommodate a late checkout, which is contingent on our availability, there is a $25/hr fee

    - Private washer and dryer in unit
    - Extra towels/sheets are located in the closet

    Surveillance cameras are placed outdoors for security. There are none inside the apartment units. Minut device in the unit for noise level.

    An air mattress is available upon request to accommodate your needs. Let us know in advance, and we’ll arrange it for you.

    Please note: There is a train track nearby, and while trains do not pass frequently, you may occasionally hear some noise when they do.

This is a comfortable, bright, clean and spacious apt. Also, the host was helpful and responded to questions. We would definitely stay here again if traveling in the area.

There on a business trip. The apartment is new , very clean and at a great location. The hostess is really friendly and very professional. I will try to stay at this location anytime that I’m back in Matthews area

All I can say is the owners are incredibly kind, and I’m truly grateful for how they always make time to help—both before and after our stay. Everything was spotless and comfortable, and the atmosphere really helps you feel relaxed and at peace during your vacation. The area feels very safe, and I’d especially recommend it for larger groups.I’ll definitely be staying here every time I visit Charlotte. THANK YOU

The furnishings were very nice and comfortable. The host was responsive. The location was excellent to explore Matthews and Charlotte. I would recommend it.

This apartment worked out great for our stay so we could wash clothes and cook for our 9 day stay. The apartment was very clean and had nice bedding and towels and had all the essentials for cooking.

The overall look of the apartment and cleanliness get a solid 4 stars. The only negative in this category was the pizza boxes left in the oven from a previous renter. The reason I am giving a 2-star rating is that the thermostat did not work. We like cool sleeping conditions, and each night we set the thermostat to cool at 68 degrees, we would wake up, and the apartment was 55 degrees. During the day, we would set it to heat at 68 degrees, and each day we returned, the temperature was 85 degrees. We notified our host each time this happened, and they were responsive, but they never sent maintenance to the apartment. Instead, they chose to have us troubleshoot the problem. This was fine except we left the apartment every day at 9:00 am and returned at 9:00 pm. It was not our job to monitor the thermostat. We asked our host to comp our last night for all the trouble we had with the thermostat during our stay. They have declined to refund one night of stay (which we believe was more than fair). In my opinion, this is terrible customer service, and therefore, I cannot recommend this host, and thus, the 2-star rating.
