Great Multi-Family Getaway!! Waterfront - 5 BR's

This spacious 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home provides an outstanding location for family fun.

Enjoy the water from the dock or park your boat in one of the boatslips after a session of water fun. The dock includes two boat slips, one covered and one uncovered. The large dock has deep water year-round.
Rental includes one kayak and two stand-up paddle boards.

Our home is perfect for accommodating several families. The main level of this 3-story home includes a large family room that opens onto a screened porch overlooking the lake. In addition to a well-equipped kitchen, the main level includes a family room, the master bedroom with a queen bed and large jacuzzi tub, a dining room and half bath. Enjoy eating on the deck with views of the lake.

The upstairs includes two bedrooms (queen+twin & queen+twin) and a full bathroom. The downstairs includes a second family room with a pool table, two bedrooms (queen & 2-twins) and a full bathroom. The downstairs family room opens onto a large patio with a picnic table.

A great week
We enjoyed our time at the house. The house is large and each family had their own floor and bathroom. We used the table, chairs and loungers by the dock. The dock was able to easily support a boat and wave runner. John, the host, was easy to work with. We had questions prior to booking and he always responded in a timely manner. I can’t wait to go back.

Great house in a great location!!
The house is very spacious and had plenty of comfortable beds for our family of 8. The view at the dock was awesome!! The kitchen is small but it’s very well equipped. There were plenty of towels and linings. The grill was practically new and worked great! Pool table was a lot of fun. We went in November and hosted Thanksgiving which was awesome because there was plenty of space to host and the house had extra chairs and small tables for extra seating. The property manager was amazing and responded to all our calls and text quickly even late at night. The cons: the master bedroom bed is a queen and didn’t fit my husband and I comfortably. My husband is 6’4”, board shoulders which took up most of the bed. There was no outdoor fire pit. There is a bedroom on the bottom floor next to a utility room. The nose coming from the utility room was pretty loud. Overall, we had a great stay!! Close to grocery stores, DND, eateries, etc.

Great for a Group of Golfers
The lake house was perfect for our group of eight golfers. Its location was within a 30-minute drive to several good courses and provided easy access to backroads that kept us out of the Charlotte traffic. Lake Norman is absolutely beautiful, especially with the leaves starting to change color. It was very relaxing to sit on the dock in the evening after a long day on the golf course. Access to food was easy and plentiful as the house sits within a few miles of several restaurants and a few grocery stores. A marina is just a few miles down the road if you're planning on bringing a boat. John was easy to communicate with and quickly provided responses to my emails prior to our arrival. If he'll have us back, we are already planning next year's trip with the hopes of adding a couple of days to enjoy some recreational activities on the lake along with our golf.

Amazing experience!
We loved this house! It was a perfect "homebase" location for our daughter's wedding weekend! The lake access is amazing. Lake Norman is beautiful! The house with 3 levels had plenty of sleeping space for lots of bridesmaids! The owner was great to work with too. We definitely want to vacation here again!

Great place!
We had a great week at this property. There were nine of us staying there and actually plenty of room to spread out. The dock and location are really amazing for boating. Got plenty of use out of the paddleboards and the pool table. The only real downside we found is that the living room could use some more seating for house the size. The host was really responsive with a couple of small issues we had. We would certainly stay here again.
