Did not stay due to weather and host did not reimbursed me
I contacted in advance the host and let him know that due to the storm we could not travel to Charlotte. The host responded that we needed to check with our travel insurance and did not reimbursed us. The weather is a fact out of our control. I would like support from the platform to get my funds reimbursed. Thanks.

I was satisfied with the location but other than that it was pretty disappointing. Only one of the two bathrooms worked properly both the shower and the toilet didn’t work in one bathroom, there were also dead roaches everywhere

Great location, great apartment
My group loved everything about our stay. The location of the property was great, food and bars within walking distance. The apartment itself had all the amenities we needed including a washer and dryer. My only complaint is that parking was not included in our stay. It cost $25 to park in the buildings garage which I found strange because it should not cost the property managers any money to let us park there. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend others to stay there.

Great Location
The photos are generally accurate and the location is excellent. Unit is close in south end, walking distance to downtown and light rail. That said, there were numerous "house keeping' items not been attended to like stains on the carpeting, missing vertical slats in the blinds so it does no good to close them, several light bulbs being out, one of the bathroom doors does not latch shut, all door jams and doors had several nicks in them. I took pictures and notified the Justin. Hopefully these items get fixed for the next person.

Amazing location in a friendly, clean, eventful city!
This property was very well kept down a side street with hopping night life in every direction. Extremely family friendly get away. Host was great with communication.
