Nestled on the shores of Lake Norman, it offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This spacious 3 bedroom 4.5 bathroom home on the lake is the real deal for relaxing group travel. Spend time with your guests in the movie room, game room, or on the lakeside beach! Stay with MyTripify and get the most out of your stay! The Space: With its spacious common areas and game room, the home truly brings people together! This home has been outfitted not only to sleep 8, but with enough space and function for up to 8 people to enjoy spending free time connecting with those around them. Remote workers and students find refuge by utilizing our high speed internet from around the house. Internet Speed: 300mbps dedicated fiber Having two spacious common areas gives groups the flexibility they need. Guest Access: Guests have private access to all 3 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, kitchen, both living areas, laundry room, back yard, and dock. Only the locked owner's closet is unavailable. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway, in the garage, and on the street. Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible. The Neighborhood: Lakeside Bliss is located in the Denver Area, and is perfect for families in town, or relaxing group vacations. Nestled peacefully on the shores of Lake Norman, Denver is a serene area offering a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. With a wealth of restaurants, bars, and retail establishments, you'll find everything you need within reach. Plus, its proximity to Charlotte, NC ensures easy access to the city's vibrant offerings. For nature enthusiasts, the nearby Rock Springs Nature Preserve, located less than 6 minutes away, beckons with its scenic hiking trails and a delightful playground, providing a perfect escape into the great outdoors. Getting Around: This charming home is nestled alongside the picturesque shores of Lake Norman, offering a tranquil setting and breathtaking views. Conveniently located, it provides easy access to a variety of grocery stores and restaurants just a short drive away. Other Things to Note: \*\*House Rules\*\* Each guest will be provided a rental agreement before the start of your reservation. Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature, payment of money, or taking possession of the property are evidence of your acceptance of the agreement. The booking guest is required to complete the check-in form with a valid government ID. Missing or inaccurate information will result in a termination of your stay without refund. Minimum booking age: 25 years old. If the booking party is under 25, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a \*refundable $1000 security deposit along with an ID of guest who is 25 or above. Alternatively the reservation may be canceled and refunded based on the cancellation policy. Access to the Home: Early check-in (1:00 PM) may be requested and will be accommodated if possible. Check-in is at 5:00 PM Check-out is at 11:00 AM Holdover or Late Checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period. Quiet Hours - Beginning 10 PM: You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests on the booking are allowed on premises. No parties are permitted. Any neighborhood disturbance will result in a $400 fine and termination of your stay without refund. Pets: Approved pets must be confirmed prior to check-in, (3 pets maximum). Pending approval, the exact count needs to be added to the reservation prior to check in. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats allowed. Pet owners must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age. If pet stays are longer than 1 week, MyTripify may require guests to purchase travel insurance. Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Removal of pet hair from furniture will result in additional fees up to $300. Pet owners are to clean up after all waste in the yard and surrounding area. Any damages done will be charged to the guest. Parking: Any parking or driving on the grass is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine. Follow posted signage for street parking. Smoking: No smoking whatsoever inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside only. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside. If the house smells of smoke or remnants are found inside, a smoking fee will be issued of $500. Damages: Guests are responsible to immediately report and pay for any damages cause during their stay. Internet Usage: We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless us for any damages caused by illegal internet use. Trash: Trash should fit into the outside receptacles or be removed disposed of prior to checkout. Any trash that does not fit into the outside receptacles will incur an additional $75 per bag charge. The house has so much space which was great with ages ranging from 13 to 84 in our family. Everyone was well entertained all week. The teens made excellent use of the game room and the movie room. We all loved the screened porch, the dock and the water. The setting is beautiful and being right on the water was so much fun. It would be nice to have some additional water toys (multiple kayaks or paddle boards) so several people can participate together. We borrowed from friends so worked out just fine for us. We were worried that that there were only three bedrooms listed and our teenage boys don’t want to stay in the same room but there was another bedroom option. So perfect. Relaxing on the lake with multiple game tables, movie theater and sauna. We had a great time with family playing games sitting by the lake and watching movies! My family has stayed in several different properties on Lake Norman and this one is BY FAR our favorite!! Having 2 master suites on the main floor, an area for children upstairs, the entire downstairs with games, bar, movie theater, etc. and the ease of walking down to the lake were some of our favorites! The cove is very peaceful with little traffic coming in! We saw so much wildlife, such as fish, ducks, geese, turtles, etc! 10/10 recommend to any family!!! ##### Haleigh S. Best I have experienced with any VRBO house! - House was super clean and had everything we needed. - Would recommend this house to family and friends. - Not a ton of restaurants in the area but lots of grocery stores so I would just recommend planning on eating in. It had all the amenities that you could ever want in a house and the location was a dream. Easy access to the lake down from the little beach or off of the dock (cannonball!). Kayaking and paddle boarding in the cove was perfect for beginners or the more adventurous could head out to the lake. Overall, great experience. Our kids could swim without us having to worry about a lot of boat traffic. The kids had a lot of fun with all the games downstairs, and we used the movie room every night. We wanted a home with a water view but other than that we aren’t a group that tends to make plans so we just kind of winged it. The house has plenty of things to do if you don’t want to leave (which I didn’t). Take a steam shower… watch a movie in the theatre… hop on a treadmill… we ventured out and found restaurants but also took advantage of still having access to food delivery service. Extremely responsive. The house is absolutely beautiful and the amenities are wonderful. The location is perfect to reach the north and south side of the lake when boating, and is located on an inlet that provided less lake activity and privacy. Our dog is part of our family so always want him with us. My oldest son recommended trying the lake. After looking through our choices we kept coming back to this house because it seemed very welcoming and relaxing plus having things for fun and entertainment so we decided to give it a try and were very pleased would definitely recommend it and most definitely would stay again in the future ##### Ricky G.
