Large Basement Apartment Game Room & Gym

Large space close to restaurants and east access to Bangerter and I-15. Offers 2 large bedrooms, one with 2 double/full sized beds and the other with 1 double/full size bed as well as 1 full bathroom. Plenty of amenities including a pool/ping pong table, hot shot hoop, connect f and various bored and family games, PlayStation 5, washer/dryer, microwave, refrigerator and convention oven and workout equipment.

The space

This is the basement apartment of a single family home. The main floor is occupied by the owner and we are very happy to accommodate you in any way to ensure you have a pleasurable experience. There is a secure separate entrance through the 3rd car garage. You can access the heated workout space in the backyard and Let us know what you need!
