The buildings have been restored into contemporary holiday homes while preserving their authentic rural charm. L'Étable is a spacious gîte for 5 guests, located in the large barn. The accommodation offers a living area with open kitchen, dining space and lounge, a bathroom with shower, sink and towel warmer, separate toilet, one bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), another with a single bed and bunk beds. You have Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, underfloor heating in the living room and bathroom, TV with DVD player (no TV channels), furnished terrace and barbecue. Bed linen and towels are included. Baby cot and high chair available on request. La Moulinasse is a historic farm located between Ribérac in Périgord Vert and Aubeterre-sur-Dronne. The buildings have been restored as vacation cottages, furnished in a contemporary style while preserving authentic rural character. Old and new blend harmoniously. Each cottage has its own entrance and a fully equipped private terrace. There’s plenty to do in the area—a tourist information corner is at your disposal—but you can also enjoy the property, its swimming pool, and the peaceful surroundings. For children of all ages, there are many play areas, including a playground, ping-pong table, trampoline, foosball, and pétanque court. Dogs are welcome under certain conditions. Please inquire in advance.
