“Nota positiva la vicinanza al Santuario e la gentilezza e disponibilità soprattutto del personale di sala. Camera piccola ma accettabile. Cibo da dimenticare così pure come la pulizia delle camere. In 3 giorni non ci hanno mai rifatto la stanza, pulito il bagno e cambiato gli asciugamani. Onestamente l'abbiamo scelto per il punteggio delle recensioni: 8.8 = una follia! Massimo 9 per la vicinanza al Santuario di Lourdes e 3 per tutto il resto. Mai più. Sconsigliatissimo. Oltretutto non capisco ……

“We were automatically booked into Mercure Impérial but were very disappointed with the rooms. They were smaller and cramped. Night reception staff wasn’t helpful when we enquired. ”

“The staffs at the front desk are very professional and friendly. Their service is of top quality. The room is bright, clean and well furnished. It's very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the river view from the balcany. A small problem is that Hotels.com writes parking at €15/night, but the hotel said that was last year's price. They charged us €20 for parking instead. We've reminded them to inform Hotels.com to update this information. As parking fee may affect one's choice of……

“雖然離主要景點都很近，但是以飯店的價格（套房35平方公尺，近300歐元），還是會覺得沒有這麼有價值。房間乾淨。早餐的環境不是很理想，選項也不多，飯店的員工雖然人很親切，但是感覺沒有經過太多訓練，每個人都不太知道在幹嘛。”

“No say in terms of price Poor room clean up. You can see hairs on the floor after cleanup. It may be ok if you just stay one night…. The service provided by the hotel canteen is far much more better than hotel’s hospitality ”
