"Appartement très propre et moderne. 20 minutes à pied du centre de La Rochelle, dans un quartier très calme (même avec le camping pour les camping-cars juste à côté). Le balcon est un grand plus et bien situé. Nous aurions aimé un petit four et un grille-pain mais sinon il y avait assez d'utensiles. Et MERCI à Hervé pour nous avoir rencontrer à "nos heures" pour le check-in et check-out. Et parking privé vraiment apprécié. Nous serions restés plus longtemps si nous l'avions pu."

"Le logement est conforme voire plus à l'annonce: il est très bien équipé et avec goût, on s'y sent chez soi. Sa situation est optimale pour découvrir l'ile à vélo. Le marché couvert à 2 minutes à pied permet d'avoir du pain frais pour le petit déjeuner tous les matins et tout ce qu'il faut pour se faire de bon repas. Christine, l'hôte, est très accueillante et a été à notre écoute pour nous satisfaire. Nous recommandons ce logement. "

There were a few minor things that need attention, sofa a bit worn, shower was excellent but in needed a few screws tightening. But over all brilliant and the location excellent. Lots of amenities in the apartment, including for cooking, cleaning and leisure Very safe and secure building. Location was highly convenient - close to restaurants, bars and public transport Property manager was very friendly and helpful. "We had a lovely stay here. The reception staff were really welcoming and helpful. I was a bit surprised because the room picture was of twin beds with space between, but it was made up as a double. I was travelling with my son, so ended up sleeping on the sofa bed, which was easy to pull out, had a bottom sheet already on and additional pillows etc were in the cupboard. The wall cupboards weee tricky for me, as I’m only 5’1” tall!! Fortunately my son is 6’ tall and was willing to reach things...
