“Wonderfully equipped room. Very Comfy beds, (but Terrible pillows). When I booked this room weeks ahead... it was supposed to be a standard room, 2 bedroom, 2 bath...but when I checked in, the room, as the desk told me, was an accessible room, lower counter tops, roll in shower.... the front desk woman was not as courteous as she should be...telling me, we are sold out and rooms are not guaranteed....what??!! You took my money for the room I Selected... I was very dissatisfied with how I……

“When we got there the door was locked after given the keypad code. Had to wait in over 100 degree weather for a locksmith to come. The listing states AC but the unit was locked and was over 80 degrees inside. After messaging the host about being locked out, he didn’t respond to the inside temperature so I had to go by a fan because it was so hot inside and 1 bedroom did not have one. If the u it was cleaned, it was very rushed. There was hair all over the towels, hands cuffs on the doors, the……
