15 mins drive from megeve's princess ski lift. Cozy hotel with lots of character. great view of the Mont Blanc from our room. Nearest ski rental is 5 mins walk from the hotel. Cheese room/menu and restaurant menu were really good too. Located in a ver quiet area if you feel like relaxing after a day skiing. There was no swimming pool during the winter.

An Unforgettable Combloux Stay! Our stay at Chalet Alpen Valley in Combloux was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The location alone is hard to beat and perfectly positioned with easy access to the Beauregard ski lift and surrounded by some of the most beautiful alpine scenery imaginable. The suite was breathtaking, with a stunning view overlooking Mont Blanc that we never got tired of admiring. Waking up to that panorama each morning was truly magical. The suite itself was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with cozy beds that guaranteed a great night’s sleep after a day in the mountains. Dining was another highlight of our stay. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent with high-quality ingredients, delicious flavors, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made every meal feel special. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. Every single person was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a beautiful, memorable experience, whether you’re relaxing in the spa, enjoying the cinema, or simply coming back from a day on the slopes. Chalet Alpen Valley is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. We left feeling relaxed, pampered, and already planning our return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly special mountain getaway.

Clean room, nice bar and good location. However the hotel bar was shut before midnight on a Saturday which was disappointing. The pool is not included which is misleading. It has particular rules, swimming cap and professional swimwear must be worn and additional charge for guests. I tired to find information about the pool before we arrived. We could not use the facilities with the swimming costumes/shorts we had, we were advised to buy the suitable items at the pool.

We have had four family ski holidays staying at Madame Vacances Hotel Le Mottaret and we have always very much enjoyed our time here. The very helpful and friendly staff are excellent. The location of the hotel is right next to the slope just a 30 second stroll from the hotel entrance. There is an excellent ski equipment hire shop on the premises which is very convenient and the shop staff are very helpful. The lounge/bar area is very comfortable and cosy after a day on the slopes, as well as the very soothing jacuzzi located outside at the front of the hotel. The swimming pool/ spa area is also very relaxing and complete with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. We stayed on a half-board basis and the buffet breakfast is fantastic and each evening there was a different theme for the buffet dinner. We really enjoyed every meal! Our room was clean and comfortable with a bath and shower. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here and will soon be booking our next stay here in January 2007.

Enjoyed a lovely stay at the Petit Saint Bernard. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious (especially the pastries and brioche!!). And the accessibility was unmatched. Highly recommend if staying in Bourg Saint Maurice!
