“Overall the property we stayed at was 5 star for the price point per night, kitchen is not equipped to cook, dishes are minimal and the kitchen was “used”. The backyard while they allowed pets was unkept and when it rained became gross and soggy. I needed the backyard for my pets and they didn’t want to walk through the standing water. Egg rock or something back there needs to be done. You are paying for what you get, it sufficed for the time but improvements need to be made. We stayed for 2……

“This unit was perfect for my stay in Alexandria. I was visiting my Dad in the hospital nearby and this unit had everything I needed. It rained while I was there and that made this unit a bright spot to land each day. The washer/dryer were perfect for the small loads I needed during my stay. Location is excellent as I am not fond of too many turns to get from point A to point B and this property was ideal for everywhere I needed to get to and was, pretty much, a straight shot to everywhere I needed to go. There were thoughtful details such as lighted makeup mirror and motion sensing nightlights that could be adjusted. The mattress was good quality and very comfortable for us. It might be considered a little firm for some. Prior to booking, I was told that the parking would be under an awning, which was not the case. “This home was beyond filthy with stained sheets, stained shower, maggots , mildew and mold. The smell inside could possibly be interior mold. We didnt even stay after seeing it upon check in. The owner refused to refund our money and stopped responding to my messages and claimed he was working with VRBO but has kept ALL of our funds. We work with the local military base and were there for work but this place is beyond anything i have ever seen. If i could post pictures i would.”
