The fire pits (2) are in the house's side yard in front of the cabin.The lake is driving distance; I'd guess about 2 miles. “Excellent communication/service! Loved the Christmas tree (December). The pull out couch was great for watching TV in the living room comfortably. It was extra cold when we came, so we mostly stayed indoors, but we were still able to get out and enjoy the fire pit, the hot tub, and the views of the creek/waterfall for a bit. It was a great stay and we hope to come back in the warmer weather sometime. My only tips would be to add a pizza pan/flat cookie sheet and some aluminum foil to cover...

“Beautiful little cabin. Had everything we needed. They are all set up for a little bit of everything, pool table, darts, archery, axe throwing, hot tub, fire pit, hiking trails and a beautiful little cave. It is set up perfectly and added in some history! Will definitely be staying again. Heads up *pun intended* if you are over 6ft lol not a complaint at all! This place was a perfect getaway for our anniversary!!”

“If you are looking for a 2 bedroom stay in this area I can promise you won’t be disappointed with Maggie May. We just stayed there 3 nights. The hosts are great and respond rapidly. Upon arrival we were greeted with local and other goodies. The cabin was spotless. It is nicely decorated, comfortably furnished and had everything we needed. The location is also convenient to lake and river activities. If we return to this area we will certainly stay in Maggie May. ”
