“Have not been here for years. Room was super, food at steakhouse delicious and so was courtyard”

“Amenities. The power sockets did not work. The room reeked of smoke. In hindsight, I should have asked for another room. I'm at a clean hotel now and all of my clothing smells like cigarette smoke. ”

“This was not my first time at this location. I had stayed many times including a night less than a week prior. I ALWAYS travel with my service dogs (one for me and one for my daughter). And in literally hundreds of hotel stays over the years, never had an issue. However, when I went to check in, the clerk first accused me of having 4 dogs, then it was that my dog 'was not a servjce dog breed' (based on video he watched of our prior stay he claimed, which actually left me feeling really creeped……

“We only stay here because they have smoking rooms. No coffee machines in room or lobby. They charge a separate cleaning fee per day and don’t clean even one day, just replace dirty towels. Location is good.”
