The stay here was great but just know they don't have an elevator so please let front desk know before arriving. The room was very clean and beds comfortable, breakfast option was good and the breakfast was great. Plus it's also very close to the train station which is great only like 3min. away.

This was our second stay here. We had a room booked in Gatlinburg, NC but the places booked was a major disappointment. No heat, poor service. We decided to come back to the Sleep Inn where we had a great experience the night before. The management and workers take great pride in place!! Everything is clean and workers are very friendly.

Clerk who checked us in(think his name was George) was very friendly. Room clean, however the shower floor wasn't. Breakfast area was very busy and had to wait for a table(had gone down earlier for a cup of coffee, then went down about 30 minutes later and same people were still there seemed to have finished their breakfast but continued to take up tables)breakfast was good, lots of choices. Checkout was easy.

Their staff at Sleep Inn were wonderful. So good to speak face-to-face with an individual fluent in English and ever so caring. I spent an hour between chat & phone trying to get checked in through Expedia customer service. For whatever reason, the reservation never came through to the hotel. George at the front desk was very patient and went out of his way to try to help. Finally he and I just gave up and I paid for another reservation rather than jumping through all the hoops to try to get my Expedia reservation.

The room was basic and useful for what we needed. There was only one chair, which was ok but 2 would have been helpful, but it was a small and basic room. There was conditioner in the shower, but they were out of the shampoo. Again, very basic room and we were not expecting luxury and it served our purposes well. The heat/ac unit worked well and the blackout curtains were great. The staff were very nice and it was a convenient location for our Polar Express adventure. We were able to get to the room and then to our train ride really easily.

Had an over night stay at the sleep in. Was a cute little town with a nice charm. The hotel was very nice for the area and close to a lot of the white water rafting areas. The gentleman that checked us in was very nice and helpful.
